Challenge

The NatWest Entrepreneur Accelerator supports and empowers UK entrepreneurs to scale their businesses to the next level. The Bristol chapter is working with 157 of the region’s most promising startups and scaleups across a diverse range of sectors.

It supports companies with one-to-one coaching with our experienced acceleration managers, and mentoring with industry experts who can guide leaders through the challenges of scaling a company, shaping their services and exploring new product opportunities.

Our Role & Impact

I was invited by Bristol’s Ecosystem Manager to join the Mentor team for this year’s cohort.

I am working with a select group of companies, to advise on leadership and culture, R&D funding, product and service development. In addition I have sat on panel discussions around leadership.
